Our Business Plan

The Business that we would like to open is called The Spot. It is going to be a modern up to beat restaurant, that will also include a full lounge with a live DJ at night. The restaurant will have a modern/futuristic appearance. the spot’s main attraction will be a conveyor belt that will have all our fresh appetizers on it for quick dish before you main meal. The appetizers will be served on microchip plates that will transmit the price to the back and it will tell us who it went to and how long it has been on the conveyor belt so that if it has been on to long we can take it off to keep the belt full with hot and fresh food. The customer will just have to take the food that looks good to them off the belt while it passes them, the rest of the resturante will carry out as a normal resturant with waitresses and waitors. This restaurant will also feature a full bar along with its own brewery. In the brewery we are going to brew 10 of your own beers, and have ?? other types on tap. We will also sell the ever popular mini german boot. We are going to serve exotic drinks as well. Our bartenders will also be certified flair bartenders. We are also going to acquire a full bar license. This will allow us to brew our own beer, provide a fully stocked bar, and run a night club. In the bar we will have 20 plasma TV’s that will play sports all day. In the Lounge we will have couches and tables for people to hang out on. We will also offer free wifi.

Europe

For the past weeks I have been in Europe visiting Italy and Greece. It is something I will always remember and I have made some great memories with my good friends. But it is impossible to say what was my favorite, I mean how can I choose between the Rome and the ruins of Pompeii, or Florence and Delphi its cant be done. So instead I and going to give a brief over view of the whole trip.
Our flight left early in the morning so Tobbey, Steven, and I all left the night before and stayed at my big sister’s house who lives close to the LAX airport. So the next morning we all left for the airport.
We arrived in Italy the next morning, we drove to this little town where they were have some sort of festival. After shopping for a few hours we went to our hotel where we meet a another school group from Dallas. The next day we all went to this place called “The Five Cities” we had to hike a long way to get there but it was fun. While we were there we ran into the Dallas group and hung out with them for a while.
The we took the long road to Florence. While we were there it was pouring rain. While most of the group went to see the David; Steven, Sean, Tobbey, and I went to the Serial Killer Museum. It is crazy what people can do. Then we took a tour around the city, and saw all the beautiful things there. That night when we went to dinner we had to walk to the restaurant in the rain.
The next day we went to Rome and saw the Vatican, then that night we went on a night tour of the city. It was amazing seen Rome lit up at night. The next day we went to the Colosseum, and the Roman Forum, and of course it was raining. After a long day of walking around in the rain we finally left to the next place.
We stayed in a little hotel by the beach, were we meet some cool Australians. The night we got there we hung out with the Australian girls for a long time then the next morning they came and woke us up early in the morning. That day we were going to go to the top of a volcano but we couldn’t because it was snowing. The next day we went to Pompeii, it was amazing to think that the whole place was buried under ash.
Then we went to on the ferry to Greece. That is were we meet some of the coolest of the trip. They were from Canada, and my four favorites were Axel, Wes, Destiny, and Robin. They were all really awesome people. For the rest of the trip we all hung out. When we got to Greece we went to Delphi and meet some girls from Las Vegas. They were really cool and that night we all hung out. First we went out with the Vegas girls they when they had to go back to their hotel we went and hooked up with the Canadians.
The next day we went to the ruins of Delphi and saw were the Oracle was located. Then we hiked up what felt like a million stairs to see the stadium where the athletes would compete. Then we drove to Athens. It was kind of cool but the best part was when I knocked out Steven’s tooth we ran around town at 11 o’clock trying to find super glue to put his tooth back in. Well finally we found some glue to put the tooth back in.
Then we went on the cruise. The cruise was awesome, we meet a lot of new cool people. We got to go off the ship and explore the islands that we stopped at. We also went to Turkey which was cool. We went to the disco that they had on the ship almost every night with both the Canadians, and the people from Vegas.
We got off the ship in Athens and went straight to the Acropolis, while there we saw them rebuilding it. I personally didn’t like this because now its not all ancient but a mix with modern building. When we got to the hotel we say the Canadians again and said our final goodbyes. The next day we got up went on a plane and in 14 hours we were home. Then I slept for the next two days.
